Advent-backed Volue completed the acquisition of PowerBot.

Advent-backed Volue, a Norwegian provider of software and services for the energy sector, completed the acquisition of PowerBot, an Austrian algorithmic-trading software provider for short-term power markets. Financial terms were undisclosed. “This deal is a significant milestone on the next stage of our growth journey.
