Bagnall Energy, a renewable energy and infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of Downing's stake in Gabrielsberget wind farm in Sweden. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This outcome is testament to our team's continued ability to identify value-accretive investment opportunities, which will be further supported by the capital unlocked from this transaction," Tom Williams, Downing Partner, Head of Energy and Infrastructure.
