AutoWallis Group to acquire MILAN KRÁL GROUP.

AutoWallis Group, a provider of tailored services by covering the full range of vehicle sales and mobility services, agreed to acquire MILAN KRÁL GROUP, a car dealer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The purchase of the MILAN KRÁL GROUP is a major step and is well aligned with their strategic goals, which includes strengthening their position in the Czech Republic after entering the country’s retail market in the summer of 2024," Péter Antal, AutoWallis Retail & Services Business Unit Director.
