GSA and Nuveen completed the acquisition of YouFirst Campus portfolio from Gecina for €540m.

Global Student Accommodation, a real estate asset management firm within the student housing sector, and Nuveen, a student housing company, completed the acquisition of YouFirst Campus, a student housing, portfolio from Gecina, a real estate company, for €540m. “Alongside the acquisition of a major office complex in one of our core locations (Paris Saint-Lazare), this transaction clearly illustrates the Group’s strategy and agility in continuously optimizing capital allocation through the disposal of mature assets and disciplined reinvestment in higher-yielding prime office opportunities,” Beñat Ortega, Gecina CEO.
