Vance Street Capital to acquire Fumex.

Vance Street Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Fumex, designer and manufacturer of commercial and industrial fume extraction solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "On behalf of the entire Fumex team, we couldn't be more excited to begin this next chapter with Vance Street.
