Riverarch Equity Partners completed the investment in Metal Supermarkets.

Riverarch Equity Partners, a private equity fund, completed the investment in Metal Supermarkets, the world’s largest supplier of small-quantity metals. Financial terms were not disclosed. The prior shareholders, including several additional members of the management team, retain a minority interest in the company.
