Modon Holding completed the acquisition of La Zagaleta.

Modon Holding, an Abu Dhabi based holding company, completed the acquisition of La Zagaleta, the owner of the exclusive La Zagaleta residential estate in Costa del Sol, Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed.
