KB Components completed the acquisition of Plastone.

KB Components, a Swedish industrial group, completed the acquisition of Plastone, a company specializing in plastic injection molding. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition is a strategic step that strengthens our product portfolio and is a valuable addition to our business area ‘Medical’.
