Apax-backed Lutech completed the acquisition of Netinex and SAPIMSA.

Apax-backed Lutech, an Italian IT services provider, completed the acquisition of Netinex and SAPIMSA, an IT consulting company specializing in the implementation, integration and maintenance of systems, applications and modules of SAP. Financial terms were not disclosed. SAPIMSA and Netinex strengthen Lutech's presence in the Iberian market, which began with the opening of Lutech Spain a year ago.
