Miller Homes to acquire St. Modwen Homes from Blackstone for £215m.

Miller Homes, a UK homebuilder, agreed to acquire St. Modwen Homes, an English housebuilder known for developing high-quality, sustainable homes across the Midlands and southern regions of England, from Blackstone, a private equity firm, for £215m. “Across the UK, people need high-quality, sustainable homes.
