Norges Bank Investment Management completed the acquisition of an 80% majority stake in Trinity Office Tower from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield for €347.4m.

Norges Bank Investment Management, Norway's sovereign wealth fund, completed the acquisition of an 80% majority stake in the Trinity Office Tower of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, a global developer and operator of flagship shopping destinations, for €347.4m. The transaction creates a new joint venture partnership under which URW will continue to provide asset and property management services.
