Mutares completed the acquisition of GDL Anläggning & Miljö.

Mutares, a German-based holding company that acquires medium-sized companies in turnaround situations and facilitates their restructuring needs, completed the acquisition of GDL Anläggning & Miljö, a company focused on environmental services, recycling, logistics, and contracting.
