Perfect Corp. completed the acquisition of Wannaby from Farfetch.

Perfect Corp., an AI and AR beauty and fashion technology provider, completed the acquisition of Wannaby, a developer of a mobile-based augmented reality platform, from Farfetch, a British e-commerce company.
