Instem, a study management software, completed the acquisition of Trimetra, a software development and consultancy company. Logbook is an ELN solution that allows our customers to capture data electronically more easily in key areas of the laboratory, which is critical to research operations efficiency and success. Logbook has over 100 laboratory data capture functions. This acquisition will strengthen our offering by allowing us to take control of Logbook’s continued product evolution and integration with our other solutions.
