Blackstone-owned Chamberlain Group completed the acquisition of Multi-Fab Products and Nova Technology.

Blackstone-owned Chamberlain Group, a company specialized in intelligent access, completed the acquisition of Multi-Fab Products and Nova Technology Inc (MFP-Nova), a manufacturer and distributor of service parts and replacement equipment for the loading dock industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There are many product adjacencies between CG and MFP-Nova, and this acquisition will enable us to offer additional solutions to our customers. By adding MFP-Nova’s products to our existing portfolio, we will continue strengthening our position as a leader in loading dock equipment and intelligent access solutions," Erich Struckmeyer, Chamberlain Group EVP and Chief Product Officer.
