Sol Strategies, a publicly traded Canadian holding company focused on investments, completed the acquisition of three blockchain validators from Orangefin Ventures, a blockchain infrastructure company specializing in validator operations and staking services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The completion of the Orangefin acquisition represents a transformative moment for Sol Strategies.
