Bang & Bonsomer completed the acquisition of Engelhardt.

Bang & Bonsomer, a smart material technology company, completed the acquisition of Engelhardt, a dry mixes, baking aids and health products provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will further strengthen Bang & Bonsomer’s position, particularly in the food ingredients market. Engelhardt will become part of the FOODING business division, which focuses on selected food industry segments and applications, delivering safe, high-quality ingredients, innovative solutions, and technologies.
