Unitil completed the acquisition of Maine Natural Gas from Iberdrola for $93.1m.

Unitil, an interstate electricity and natural gas utility company that provides services for New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, completed the acquisition of Maine Natural Gas, a utilities company based out of 9 Industrial Parkway, Brunswick, Maine, United States from Iberdrola, a multinational electricity utility company that generates, distributes, and sells electricity, for $93.1m. “Maine Natural Gas Company is highly complementary to our existing natural gas distribution operations in Maine.
