Permasteelisa completed the acquisition of Benson Industries.

Permasteelisa, an Italian company in engineering, project management, manufacturing and installation of architectural envelopes and interior systems, completed the acquisition of Benson Industries, an American company specialized in design engineering, fabrication, and installation of custom unitized curtain wall and glass solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The expansion of our North American footprint is a crucial component of our long-term growth strategy, and this acquisition is an exciting milestone on our path toward achieving it," Liam Cummins, Permasteelisa Group CEO.
