Graycliff Partners completed the acquisition of Boss Industries from Wynnchurch Capital.

Graycliff Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Boss Industries, a manufacturer of power-take-off and engine-driven air systems, from Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Boss is a great industrial products business that clearly serves an important place in the market as a partner to some of the largest vehicle upfitters and fleet managers in North America.
