Gridiron Capital-backed Colibri Group completed the acquisition of Boston Institute of Finance.

Gridiron Capital-backed Colibri Group, an education company offering flexible online and in-person learning solutions to millions of individuals and business customers, completed the acquisition of Boston Institute of Finance, a provider of comprehensive financial planning and wealth management education. Financial terms were not disclosed.
