Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, completed a majority investment in RetailNext, a retail vertical IoT platform to bring e-commerce-style shopper analytics to brick-and-mortar stores, brands, and malls. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Exciting retail is alive, and we’re proud to partner with ambitious brands investing in better in-store experiences.
