Jonah Energy completed the acquisition of Tap Rock Resources.

Jonah Energy, an oil and gas exploration and development company, completed the acquisition of Tap Rock Resources, an oil and gas company focused on exploration and production. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are incredibly proud to be operating in New Mexico and entering the Delaware Basin.
