ActiGraph completed the acquisition of Connect platform from Biofourmis.

ActiGraph, a provider of wearable digital health technology for clinical research and development, completed the acquisition of Connect platform, an AI-driven, digital trial platform tailored for the life science industry, from Biofourmis, a biotechnology company that develops healthcare technology platforms for monitoring patients at home. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The life science industry has sought out digital innovations to improve clinical development productivity, but they need end-to-end support solidified by operational, analytical, and regulatory expertise.
