First Reserve-backed Palmdale Oil completed the acquisition of Combs Oil Company.

First Reserve-backed Palmdale Oil, a provider of fuels, propane, lubricants, and chemicals with delivery solutions across the state of Florida, completed the acquisition of Combs Oil Company, a Naples, Florida-based distributor of diesel fuel, gasoline, lubricants, and related products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Combs Oil Company has built an exceptional reputation for high-quality fuel distribution services for customers across Southwest Florida. This partnership will expand our presence in a target market and allows us to better serve our collective customers in the region.
