Binqx to acquire GeoDynamics from IK Partners.

Binqx, a provider of cloud software solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, agreed to acquire GeoDynamics, a Belgian software provider specialised in the development of innovative, high-quality and user-friendly applications, from IK Partners, a European private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since investing in GeoDynamics over four years ago now, we remain impressed with the expertise and experience brought by Stijn, Peter and their high-calibre team.
