Investindustrial to acquire a majority stake in Eurovetrocap.

Investindustrial, a group of independently managed investment, holding and advisory companies, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Eurovetrocap, a company of the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and make up packaging industry.
