Luxury Cosmetic Solutions to acquire a majority stake in Eurovetrocap.

Luxury Cosmetic Solutions, a manufacturer of droppers and high-end packaging and a subsidiary of Investindustrial, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Eurovetrocap, an Italian distributor of packaging solutions for cosmetics.
