Kohlberg-backed AWP Safety, a public safety company, completed the acquisition of Integrity Traffic, a full-service traffic control, infrastructure, and equipment services company, for $5m. “AWP Safety and Integrity share a passion for developing technology that will transform the traffic control industry.
