Clarion Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Marketplace Events.

Clarion Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Marketplace Events, a company that organizes business-to-consumer shows in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about our investment in Marketplace Events-the clear market leader in the B2C events industry in North America.
