VINCI Energies-backed Axians Schweiz completed the acquisition of ROBO-MAT.

VINCI Energies-backed Axians Schweiz, a provider of ICT services, completed the acquisition of ROBO-MAT, a company specializing in the design, development, and construction of turnkey special machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Thanks to the expertise and special machines of ROBO MAT, we are strengthening our offering in the areas of turnkey solutions and machines for industrial automation in Switzerland. The long experience of ROBO MAT specialists in GMP-regulated processes is also valuable to us,” Urs Röthlisberger, Axians Schweiz Managing Director.
