IT Capital Partners completed an investment in tecRacer.

IT Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed an investment in tecRacer, a managed services and consulting company focused on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With IT Capital Partners as an operationally experienced partner, we can strengthen our leadership as an AWS service provider while accelerating our growth through acquisitions.
