Albea Group completed the acquisition of Conanec Industrie.

Albea Group, a beauty and personal care packaging company, completed the acquisition of Conanec Industrie, a mold manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition enables us to develop a hybrid Sino-French model, which will make us more agile and competitive in serving our customers.
