Fundamental Advisors completed the acquisition of HaloAir.

Fundamental Advisors, an established alternative asset manager, completed the acquisition of HaloAir, a regional operator of utility and fire suppression helicopters, based in Richmond, Virginia. Financial terms were not disclosed.
