Moen Marin completed the acquisition of PMH Norway.

Moen Marin, an aquaculture industry work vessels supplier, completed the acquisition of PMH Norway, a maritime vessels equipment producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to have Moen Marin as our new owner. While we will retain our name and much will remain the same, we now have the opportunity to further develop and market products we’ve been eager to enhance, reaching both existing and new markets. This acquisition provides us with the strength to execute these plans and continue our growth,” Kåre Vevik, PMH Norway CEO.
