ADVIK to acquire POWERSports from Magenwirth Technologies.

ADVIK, a manufacturer of precision-engineered automotive components, agreed to acquire POWERSports, a manufacturer of components and systems for high-performance motorcycles and powersports vehicles, from Magenwirth Technologies, an industrial group focused on lightweight engineering and component manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
