Kineco completed the acquisition of Semvac from Wabtec.

Kineco Group, an Indian industrial company specializing in rail, defence, and aerospace sectors, completed the acquisition of Semvac, a Danish manufacturer of sanitation systems for the railway industry, from Wabtec, a global supplier of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for the freight and transit rail industries.
