Morgan Stanley Investment Management, a private equity firm, completed the €115m investment in XOcean, a provider of ocean data to the offshore energy and civil hydrography sectors. “Access to high-quality data is critical to multiple players in the offshore-focused ecosystem and we are honored to partner with the XOCEAN team.
