Constellation completed the acquisition of Calpine from Energy Capital Partners for $26.6bn.

Constellation, a producer of clean, emissions-free energy, completed the acquisition of Calpine, a generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources, from Energy Capital Partners, an American investment firm, for $26.6bn.
