Indutrade completed the majority stake acquisition of Ecoroll from Pinova Capital.

Indutrade, a Swedish international industrial group specialising in the acquisition and development of medium-sized technology and industrial companies, completed the majority stake acquisition of Ecoroll, a leading supplier of specialised roller burnishing and deep rolling tools for the mechanical finishing of metallic surfaces, from Pinova Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed.
