Mediobanca and Compass Banca to acquire a majority stake in HeidiPay.

Mediobanca, an Italian investment bank, and Compass Banca, a commercial bank, agreed to acquire a majority stake in HeidiPay, a company specialising in digital platforms for BNPL. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The majority share we have acquired in HeidiPay supports our plans for growth that is geared towards value, completing a partnership which for several years now has given us a leading role in the innovation of consumer credit services,” Francesco Caso, Compass General Manager.
