Riverside Company-backed OutSolve, a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies comply with employment-related regulatory requirements, completed the acquisition of AAP Consultants, a company with its client-focused approach and expertise in affirmative action planning, including OFCCP audit support, employee data analysis, and customized compliance strategies. Financial terms were not disclosed.
