Banneker Partners-backed Eyelit completed the acquisition of Adexa.

Banneker Partners-backed Eyelit, a manufacturing execution system, quality management, automation software platforms, and AI-based predictive analytics provider, completed the acquisition of Adexa, a global provider of AI-driven supply chain and enterprise business planning solutions.
