Pfingsten, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Omega Systems, a provider of managed IT solutions, from Revelstoke, a Denver-based private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Pfingsten’s unwavering support and strategic guidance enabled our team to accelerate growth.
