Platte River Equity-backed Belt Power completed the acquisition of Sparks.

Platte River Equity-backed Belt Power, a distributor and fabricator of conveyor system components, completed the acquisition of Sparks, a distributor and fabricator of process conveyor belting systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to welcome Sparks into the Belt Power organization. Sparks represents the sixth add-on acquisition since our investment in Belt Power in 2022, and we look forward to collaborating to further expand our customer base, geographic presence and fabrication capabilities,” Tarun Kanthety, Platte River Equity Vice President.
