Gaw Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Agility Asset Advisers, a company specialized in real estate asset management, from PhillipCapital, a comprehensive financial group based in Singapore. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited about the possibilities this collaboration presents.
