Eagle Mountain Energy Partners II completed the investment in Pearl Energy Investments.

Eagle Mountain Energy Partners II, a Houston-based upstream company focused on acquiring and developing assets in US onshore oil and gas basins, completed the investment in Pearl Energy Investments, a Dallas-based investment firm focused on partnering with proven management teams to invest in the North American energy sector.
