Silver Lake-backed LightBox, a commercial real estate information and technology platform that delivers advanced and precise solutions for commercial real estate intelligence, completed the acquisition of Revere, a networking and deal execution platform for commercial real estate professionals in North America. Financial terms were not disclosed.
