UI Investissement and Jadel, a private equity firms, completed the acquisition of CNS Communications, an IT infrastructure consulting and expertise firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We chose funds whose DNA is above all entrepreneurial, accompanied by family offices of great captains of industry, to allow CNS to continue its development in France and internationally in complete independence," Geoffrey Quincey, CNS Communications Chairman and Managing Director.
