Xtellus Capital completed the acquisition of ENAP Argentina from ENAP for £32m.

Xtellus Capital, a broker dealer and specialist investment bank, completed the acquisition of ENAP Argentina, a company active in exploration and production of oil and gas, from ENAP, a state-owned company engaged in the exploration, production, refining, and marketing of hydrocarbons and their derivative, for £32m.
