Arachas to acquire John Brady Insurances.

Arachas, an Irish insurance broker, agreed to acquire John Brady Insurances, an insurance broker specializing in commercial insurance products for SMEs and the agricultural sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the last four years, Arachas has sought to grow its national presence by acquiring well-managed and respected businesses with strong local roots and connections in their communities to further bolster the nationwide reach of Arachas.
